No refunds once access to materials is granted.

Exceptions

Refunds only for:

Duplicate payments.

Unresolved technical issues preventing access (within 7 days).

Payment Plans

All scheduled payments must be completed.

Late/missed payments may limit course access.

No refunds for partial payments.

Name, email, and order number.

Reason for refund request.

Reviewed within 5-7 business days.

Chargeback Policy

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to legal action and a permanent ban.
